Team Members
CatalogRelay supports multiple users per account with role-based access control.
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access — including billing, inviting/removing members. One per account. |
| Admin | Full access to all feeds, mappings, exports, and rules. Cannot access billing. |
| Member | Read-only — can view feeds, runs, and products. Cannot edit or trigger runs. |
Inviting a teammate
Section titled “Inviting a teammate”- Go to Settings → Team
- Click Invite member
- Enter their email address and select a role
- Click Send invite
The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. The link expires after 7 days. If they don’t have an account yet, they’ll be prompted to create one.
Changing a role
Section titled “Changing a role”Owners and admins can change any team member’s role (except the owner role). Go to Settings → Team, find the member, and select a new role from the dropdown.
Note: there can only be one owner per account. To transfer ownership, contact support.
Removing a member
Section titled “Removing a member”Go to Settings → Team, find the member, and click Remove. The member loses access immediately.

If you need more seats than your plan allows, upgrade your plan or contact us about a Custom arrangement.
