Team & roles

CatalogRelay accounts can have multiple users. Roles control billing access and ownership.

Roles

Role	Access
Owner	Full access, including Billing. One owner per account.
Admin	Full product access. Cannot manage billing.
Member	Can use the dashboard with the account.

Billing is available only to the owner (user menu → Billing).

Invitations

Invited users accept via a link:

https://app.catalogrelay.com/invitations/{token}

If they don’t have an account yet, they create one as part of accepting. Self-serve Settings → Team invite management is not available in the dashboard yet — contact hello@catalogrelay.com if you need additional seats added to your account.

Plan seats

Team size is not capped as a separate line item in plan limits. Limits that matter for collaboration are shared catalogue limits (data sources, export profiles, SKUs) — see Pricing.
