Simple, transparent pricing

Each import feed connection counts as one data source (URL, file, or API). If you connect two separate feeds from the same supplier — for example one for electronics and one for accessories — that counts as two data sources. Suppliers themselves are unlimited.

An export profile defines where and how your catalogue is delivered: the target platform (Magento 2, Shopify, or WooCommerce), field mappings, product filters, pricing rules, and run schedule. You can have multiple profiles pointing at the same store — for example one for full exports and one that only exports stock updates.

The SKU limit is the total number of unique product variants stored in your account across all supplier feeds. The Free plan includes up to 50 SKUs. Paid plans start at 10,000 and go up to 300,000. You can expand further with SKU pack add-ons (100,000 SKUs per pack).

Import and computed catalog attributes share one limit. Paid plans: 8 attributes per data source (e.g. 3 data sources → 24). Free plan: 4 attributes fixed. Adding a data source add-on increases the cap on paid plans.

Both scale the same way: paid plans allow 60 categories and 60 brands per data source; Free is fixed at 4 each. System defaults you cannot delete (All, Uncategorized, Other) do not count toward the limit.

Yes — the Free plan is available indefinitely with no time limit and no credit card required. It includes 2 data sources, 1 export profile, up to 50 SKUs, 4 catalog attributes, 4 categories, 4 brands, and manual-only import and export triggers. There is no time-limited trial; you simply upgrade when you need more.

Add-ons let you expand specific limits without upgrading your entire plan. Available add-ons are: additional data sources (1 at a time), additional export profiles (1 at a time), and SKU packs (+100,000 SKUs per pack). Add-on prices vary by plan — larger plans get lower per-unit rates. Add-ons are billed on the same monthly or annual interval as your base plan.

On the Free plan, imports and exports run only when triggered manually. Lite runs imports once per day and exports up to twice per day. Plus adds hourly exports (up to 24×/day). Scale goes up to 4 imports per day and an export every 30 minutes (48×/day). Custom plans can have any frequency.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. You can switch plans or manage your subscription directly from the billing portal inside the app — no need to contact support.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, and Klarna. EU VAT is calculated and applied automatically via Stripe Tax.

CatalogRelay alerts you as you approach a limit. Once a limit is reached you won't be able to add more data sources, export profiles, attributes, categories, or brands until you upgrade or purchase an add-on. Existing scheduled syncs are never interrupted.
