Brand list
Section titled “Brand list”Create canonical brands (label + code). A system sentinel brand (e.g. “Other”) is protected — you can rename it but not delete it. Unmapped supplier brands fall back to the sentinel.
Plan limit: non-system brands only (the sentinel does not count). Free: 4 fixed. Paid: data sources × 60 (including add-ons).
Supplier mappings
Section titled “Supplier mappings”On the Supplier Mappings tab, map raw supplier brand strings to a canonical brand.
That keeps filters, exports, and reporting consistent when suppliers send "NIKE INC.", "Nike", and "nike".
- Map high-volume brands first after a new data source imports
- Use the sentinel only as a true fallback — clean mappings improve filter accuracy on export profiles
