On an export profile’s Filters tab, every condition must match (AND).
Available filters

Example: Supplier in {A, B}, Stock ≥ 1, Price ≤ 500 — only in-stock products from those suppliers under €500 cost.
- Create separate profiles for channels that need different assortments
- Combine filters with guard rules for safety (filters decide inclusion; guards can still block a row at export)
- Re-run or wait for the next schedule after changing filters — they apply at export time against the current catalogue
