Export profiles

An export profile defines where products go, on what schedule, and with which filters, mappings, sourcing rules, and guards.
There is no separate Export Destinations page — platform and credentials are set on the profile.
Create a profile
Section titled “Create a profile”- Go to Export Profiles → Add export profile
- Enter a name
- Choose Auto-sync schedule: Manual; Hourly; Every 6h; Every 12h; Daily 6am; Daily midnight; Weekly Mon 6am
- Under Where to send, pick a platform and enter credentials if needed
- Optionally set Include absent products (days), Absent stock override, and multi-supplier sourcing
- Save, then configure Filters / Field Mappings / Guards
- Schedule export (More actions) or wait for the automatic schedule

Profile tabs

- Filters — all conditions must match
- Field Mappings — catalogue attribute → destination field path
- Guard Rules — min sell price, min margin %, allow zero-price
- Run History — status and exported / skipped / blocked counts
Download URL
Section titled “Download URL”Overview shows a link like /feed/{token}. Treat it like a password. Regenerate link invalidates the old URL.
Scheduling & deltas
Section titled “Scheduling & deltas”- Export schedules are set per profile; daily run caps come from your plan
- Push runs can skip unchanged products (delta); download feeds rebuild as needed
- Free plan: exports are manual only
