CatalogRelay accounts can have multiple users. Roles control billing access and ownership.
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, including Billing. One owner per account. |
| Admin | Full product access. Cannot manage billing. |
| Member | Can use the dashboard with the account. |
Billing is available only to the owner (user menu → Billing).
Invitations
Section titled “Invitations”Invited users accept via a link:
https://app.catalogrelay.com/invitations/{token}If they don’t have an account yet, they create one as part of accepting. Self-serve Settings → Team invite management is not available in the dashboard yet — contact hello@catalogrelay.com if you need additional seats added to your account.
Plan seats
Section titled “Plan seats”Team size is not capped as a separate line item in plan limits. Limits that matter for collaboration are shared catalogue limits (data sources, export profiles, SKUs) — see Pricing.
